Who is it for?
The Craft of Confidence - Presence in the Workplace is a programme designed specifically for colleagues working at a graduate or trainee level, or those outside of senior management. It is a supportive and bespoke training for more less experienced members of your organisation.
What will it offer?
The programme offers a nurturing and structured approach to help participants develop skills, confidence, and technique to speak with clarity, assurance and authenticity - and to listen with precision and empathy. Building confidence in the workplace and developing a presence that is representative of the company and it's ethos.
What does it look like?
The Craft of Confidence - Presence in the Workplace, can be delivered in small groups ranging from 3-20 participants, or it can be offered as 1-2-1 coaching in a bespoke format that is tailored to meet individual needs. This maybe a 2 hour workshop, an off-site training day, or perhaps shorter, regular sessions that give participants the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills over a period of time. The programme can be adapted to suite the needs, schedule, and challenges of your specific workplace.
