Who is it for?

The embodiment of Leadership is a training programme designed specifically for anyone in a senior leadership role - anyone who is responsible for the vision and success of the business - and anyone who is responsible for creating and carrying the culture of the organisation.

What will it offer?

The programme offers a safe and discrete platform for senior leaders to develop and enhance their own sense of confidence and authenticity in their role. Drawing on professional voice and presence excersises, this programme turns the abstract nature of leadership, into something very concrete and practical. It humanises the idea of of clear leadership and offers senior leaders an approach that can be practised and developed to enhance all aspects of their presence and communication.

What does it look like?

Voice and Presence - The embodiment of Leadership can be delivered in small groups ranging from 3-20 participants, or it can be offered as 1-2-1 coaching in a bespoke format that is tailored to meet individual needs. This maybe a 2 hour workshop, an off-site training day, or perhaps shorter, regular sessions that give participants the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills over a period of time. The programme can be adapted to suite the needs, schedule, and challenges of your specific workplace.
